Goals
- Align Clock with the modern Lemenzo Phone / Contacts dark-blue visual language.
- Reduce neutral grey usage in favor of deep navy surfaces and blue-tinted secondary text.
- Keep accessibility contrast high and preserve all alarm/timer/stopwatch functionality.

UI changes
- Stronger modern header hierarchy.
- Floating deep-navy bottom navigation shell with blue selected-pill state.
- Consistent navy cards with restrained blue outlines.
- Blue privacy badge and blue-tinted secondary typography instead of grey-heavy UI.
- Refined button, icon-button, row, spinner and switch states through shared Ui helpers.
- No functionality or scheduling behavior changed.
