Lemenzo Clock v3.2 internal build candidate

Goals:
- Apple/modern Android inspired hierarchy without copying either product.
- LemenzoOS black/navy/blue identity; avoid flat grey surfaces.
- Modern Settings rows instead of legacy spinner-first presentation.
- Cached repositories and bounded UI refresh work.
- Stopwatch updates only while visible (100 ms); timers only while visible (1 s).
- Timer countdown views tracked directly instead of recursively walking the entire view tree each tick.
- World-clock search index cached to avoid recomputing timezone labels on every keystroke.
- Product-facing About/version remains LemenzoOS 1.0 policy where shown; internal source revision is separate.
