Lemenzo Clock v1.9 — production integration candidate

Final source-level production pass on top of v1.8:
- Added an app-owned monochrome Lemenzo Clock notification icon for alarms, timers, bedtime wake/reminders and sleep sounds.
- Added a safe, repeatable LemenzoOS integration helper for PRODUCT_PACKAGES and POST_NOTIFICATIONS system pre-grant.
- READ_CALENDAR remains explicitly opt-in and is never pre-granted.
- DeskClock removal remains a separate --finalize-replacement step and must only be run after LemenzoClock + tests build green.
- Re-reviewed ACTION_SET_TIMER + EXTRA_SKIP_UI: current dismiss lifecycle already removes expired timers correctly, so no redundant delete flag was added.

Production gate remains: real Android 16 Soong build + device runtime validation.
