This version implements the approved Lemenzo Contacts mockup direction directly in the AOSP/Soong app.

## Insets
Every Activity calls Ui.applySafeInsets().
Ui.applySafeInsets() uses:
- WindowInsets.Type.statusBars()
- WindowInsets.Type.displayCutout()
- WindowInsets.Type.navigationBars()

Therefore app content begins below status bar / camera cutout and finishes above system navigation/gesture area.

## Build gate
Static validation is not the final compiler gate.
Build in the LemenzoOS source tree with:

Then device-test on supported Pixel hardware.

- Atomic local-contact edits in one ContactsProvider batch
- Phone/e-mail type preservation and editing (Home/Mobile/Work/Other)
- Local group create/rename/delete and member add/remove
- Conservative duplicate detection and explicit local duplicate merge
- Remove contact photo
- Aggregate ContactsProvider photo fallback
- UTF-8 BOM-safe CSV parsing
- Per-import success/skipped/failure reporting
