Lemenzo Gallery v1.15 — System Integration Final

- Adds ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION to the manifest for original EXIF/GPS access under Android 16 SYSTEM_GALLERY.
- Removes the redundant default-permissions prebuilt/XML; SYSTEM_GALLERY role is the single permission/app-op authority.
- Keeps Lemenzo Gallery as a normal preinstalled system app, not a privileged app.
- Keeps ACTION_VIEW image/video and ACTION_EDIT image integration.
- Documents required framework overlay values for config_systemGallery and config_systemImageEditor.
- Validator now rejects redundant default-permissions packaging and requires all SYSTEM_GALLERY media/location permissions.
- No INTERNET permission and no MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission.
