Lemenzo Gallery v1.3 - production optimization

Implemented in this revision:
- Real local photo editor replacing the placeholder screen.
- Rotate left/right.
- Horizontal flip.
- Center crop presets: 1:1, 4:3, 16:9.
- Brightness, contrast, saturation and warmth adjustments with live preview.
- Reset workflow.
- Save Copy through MediaStore to Pictures/Lemenzo while preserving the source image.
- Bounded image decoding to reduce OOM risk with very large photos.
- Edit action in the full-screen viewer (images only).
- Android ACTION_EDIT image/* integration.
- Expanded EXIF details: lens, aperture, exposure, ISO, focal length and GPS when available.
- Removed fake empty Java tests and replaced them with an explicit production release test matrix.
- No INTERNET permission, telemetry, account, cloud, ads or Google service dependency added.

Still required before calling Lemenzo Gallery feature-complete at the Google Photos/local-gallery tier:
- Freeform interactive crop/straighten/perspective editor.
- Highlights/shadows/tint/sharpness/vignette/filter/markup/text tools.
- Full-resolution tiled/non-destructive edit pipeline and edit history.
- Video trim/crop/rotate/mute/frame extraction and save-copy pipeline.
- Encrypted Lemenzo Vault integration.
- Very-large-library paging/incremental loading.
- Full automated instrumentation/performance test suite in the LemenzoOS source tree.
