Lemenzo Gallery v1.8 — Feature-final hardening candidate

New media capabilities
- Ultra HDR viewer support on Android 14+ / Android 16: still images are decoded with ImageDecoder, gainmaps are detected with Bitmap.hasGainmap(), and the viewer dynamically switches the window to HDR only for verified Ultra HDR content.
- Geometry-only Ultra HDR edits preserve a transformed gainmap. Tone/filter/vignette edits intentionally export SDR rather than attaching stale HDR metadata.
- DNG/RAW still files are routed through the platform ImageDecoder path; unsupported/corrupt input fails safely without network fallback.
- Pixel/Google Motion Photo 1.0 support: verifies XMP MotionPhoto metadata and GContainer video ItemLength, verifies the appended MP4 ftyp header, extracts only to app cache, and loops locally in the viewer. Legacy MicroVideoOffset is accepted only after MP4 verification.
- Video editor can save the frame nearest the selected trim-start position to MediaStore as a local JPEG copy.

Editor
- Added local vignette control integrated into non-destructive state, undo/redo, preview and export.
- Existing adaptive bitmap budget, full-quality-safe fallback, crop/rotate/flip/straighten, color adjustments, filters and Save Copy remain intact.

Privacy
- No INTERNET permission, cloud, analytics, account or remote service.
- Motion Photo extraction uses app cache only.
- Metadata-free JPEG sharing remains container-level and avoids recompression when possible.

Release gate
This package is a source-level feature-final candidate. It must still pass `m LemenzoGallery` in the target Android 16/AOSP tree plus Pixel runtime/stress tests before the product may be labelled production-final / 10/10.
