Lemenzo Protect UI polish

Layout-only changes:
- Protect main header top padding: 37dp -> 50dp.
  This moves Lemenzo Protect clearly below the status bar / camera cutout.
- Header bottom padding: 18dp -> 20dp.
- Protection Settings section gap: 30dp -> 34dp.
- Protection row spacing: 8dp -> 10dp.
- Data Wipe Information section gap: 16dp -> 20dp.
- Protection Details hero area receives 30dp safe top spacing.
- License and Data Wipe Information hero pages receive the same 30dp safe top spacing.
- Repeated detail-section spacing: 28dp -> 26dp for a slightly tighter premium rhythm.

Unchanged:
- 58dp Protect header logo.
- 28sp Protect title.
- All Java logic, protection behavior, service calls, toggles, wipe logic,
  license logic, navigation logic and backend integration.
- SecureLineUI shared components are not modified.
